Deposit & Reservation Policy – Pawsitively Amazing Boxers
At Pawsitively Amazing Boxers, our goal is to match each puppy with the right home while maintaining a fair and transparent reservation process.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy from a current or upcoming litter. Deposits are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and determine the order of selection.
Non-Refundable Policy
All deposits are non-refundable. This policy is in place due to the time, care, and planning involved in raising each litter and holding a puppy for a specific family.
Transfer Option
While deposits are non-refundable, they are fully transferable to a future litter if:
- You decide not to move forward with the currently available puppies, or
- A suitable puppy is not available at the time of your selection
Transferred deposits will retain their original priority position when possible.
Puppy Selection
Buyers will be notified in the order deposits are received when puppies become available for selection. We will work closely with you to ensure the best possible match based on temperament, preferences, and availability.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due prior to or at the time of puppy pickup. Payment details and accepted methods will be provided in advance.
Health Commitment
We take pride in the health and well-being of our puppies. Each puppy will be vet-checked, up-to-date on vaccinations, and provided with appropriate documentation prior to going home.
Right to Refuse Sale
Pawsitively Amazing Boxers reserves the right to refuse a sale at our discretion if we believe a placement is not in the best interest of the puppy. In such cases, the deposit will be refunded.
By placing a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy.
